Technical Specialist for MS Office 365

International Law firm have a requirement for a Technical specialist to join their c50 strong IT team.

As a Technical Consultant, you will be working with internal IT Teams and external support vendors on Project implementation, Deployment, and ongoing support for products and services on our cloud-based platforms.

You will have an excellent understanding of the Microsoft 365 eco-system and will use your skills and expertise to help the teams identify products and features that can be used within the firm.

The role needs someone who is prepared to get into the detail and is able to work closely with technical stakeholders to identify, propose, implement and support solutions for a wide variety of projects.

The successful applicant will come from a technical background with an excellent understanding of the Microsoft 365 technology stack. They will have proficient knowledge of legal cloud-based solutions and infrastructure and its underlying architecture.

The initial project focus will be on Microsoft 365 platform and expertise is required on the following:

• Microsoft Teams
• Microsoft Teams Telephony
• Exchange Online
• Azure AD
• Power Automate and Power Apps
• SharePoint Online

Over the course of the next two years the technology team will also be migrating its new business intake, time recording and document management systems to cloud and any experience in those areas would be advantageous.
